The program

A hiring funnel that quietly becomes a B2B funnel

Candidates build a Lovable landing page that answers a target company's biggest challenge not a static profile, a working answer. They get hired because of it. Then we keep them: the same person introduces Lovable inside the company that just hired them.

The problem

Thousands of CVs per role, generated in seconds. Nobody can read signal any more on either side.

The proof

I sent a Lovable app instead of a CV to Multiverse London. Interview within 24 hours of applying.

The play

Turn every person Lovable helps get hired into an activated champion inside a paying company.

Week 1

Recruit the cohort

A ready to be published "How I got the interview by using Lovable" book is the top-of-funnel engine every copy sold seeds a future Lovable Pro subscriber and B2B champion. Lovable amplifies via newsletter, template gallery and Discord. Target: the most ambitious candidates, not volume tourists.

The engine

The book is the acquisition engine

The 50+ page DecodeMerit playbook is ready to publish. Promoted with Lovable, every copy sold self-funds a lead who may activate a Lovable Pro subscription and a future champion who carries Lovable into the company that hires them. Zero customer-acquisition cost.

  • Prosumer ARR $25/mo per activated builder
  • B2B Team revenue $3,600/yr per workspace
  • Both lines funded by the same readers the book puts in the funnel

The ask

Not a 12-month budget. One cohort and we adapt.

It generates $7,500 in direct cash, places roughly 67 candidates, and answers the only question that matters: does post-hire enablement turn individuals into B2B team deals? If cohort one hits target, we switch on the monthly cadence.

  • I run monthly 100-candidate cohorts as Strategic Growth Partner
  • Strict curation gate on every candidate app before it is sent
  • Lovable pays $0 salary and keeps 100% of software / B2B ARR
  • I keep book sales + a 50% stipend on bootcamp candidate Pro subscriptions

Brand protection is built in. No candidate app reaches a hiring manager without passing an internal quality gate. Lovable's name only ever appears on high-signal builds.

Proof

Three assets. None of them a CV.

The method already exists, it is already written down, and it already worked on the hardest target I could pick.

Asset 01

The Lovable app that got an interview in 24 hours

Multiverse, London the hardest company to get into in my field. Thousands of top-tier CVs go in. I sent a Lovable app that solved their biggest pain points. They replied within 24 hours and said they had never seen anything like it.

Asset 02

Pages from the book

The playbook behind the method 50+ pages written while I tested every rule on myself, now ready to publish to support this program.

Page 01

Decision

I will deliver the most impressive job application experience.

I will select very few companies for which I develop the landing page. The landing page will be the experience for the company to get to know me and how I would tackle their biggest challenges: why do I apply, how would I tackle their major pain points, my path with people who would recommend me plus my teambuilding mastery. That is the substance, and it is rich. But the way to present it matters equally, and that is where I shine. It starts with the domain, branded www.milan4companyname.com. It continues with the landing page following the company's own brand guidelines and style. And the substance is delivered through short videos, mind maps and interactive cards that mirror the company itself. Then a LinkedIn campaign reaching at least 10 people inside that company skipping job ads entirely and starting the conversation. This is the maximalist version of a job application. It will be a masterpiece.

01Strategy

Aim. Don't spray.

Keep only 3–5 live applications. Tailor every one to the role.

02CV

Tell stories, not duties.

Rewrite each bullet as action + context + measurable result.

03LinkedIn

Repeat yourself on purpose.

Mirror your CV's strongest proof, language and positioning.

04Proof

Show. Don't promise.

Create one role-specific sample that proves how you think.

05Cover letter

Write to be read.

Hook, motivation, ability, approach, confident close.

06Interview

Build a story arsenal.

Prepare five real 60–90 second STAR stories and rehearse aloud.

07Thinking

Frame before you answer.

Clarify, structure, solve, summarise. Structure beats speed.

08Initiative

Bring something to the table.

Walk in with a one-page 30-day plan or a useful analysis.

09Follow-up

Keep selling elegantly.

Follow up the same day with one useful addition not just thanks.

10Training

Practise like it matters.

Run three mock interviews. Record one. Fix one weakness.

If you like what you see,
let's talk.

To kill the CV, define the category, and drive permanent, widespread Lovable adoption from the bottom up.
